It's time to start thinking about hosting Conclave in 2024! 

Brothers, Winter 2023 is the time that the Supreme Council solicits host chapters for Conclave. Conclave is the national meeting of Alpha Chi Sigma, held in even numbered years, and is attending by about 150 Brothers of all ages. Conclave is typically hosted by a chapter, at their university, for a week during the summer. The start of the bid process is very simple, and you will have help preparing your bid! If your chapter, or group of chapters, think they might want to host Conclave during the summer of 2024, you simply need to provide by email an Intent to Bid form, approved by your chapter, by April 15, 2023, to reserve your spot to prepare a bid. Sumbit the Intent to Bid to Assistant Grand Recorder, Jonathan Wenzel, OA, Delta '96, by email, and he will work with each chapter in preparing their formal bids, which will be due by July 1, 2023. The Supreme Council will select the winning bid shortly thereafter.
